Evergreen Health Care Management has openings for 

1. Home Care / Personal Care Services Evergreen Health Care Management is providing companion/homemaker services (non-clinical) and  will provide personal care, meal planning and cooking, light housekeeping, personal laundry, escorting to doctor’s appointments. 2. CNA/PCA Evergreen Health Care Management is seeking certified HHAs/PCAs to assist our clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Positions are available for visit, hourly and live-in care.
3. RN/LPNs Evergreen Health Care Management has multiple positions available for RNs/LPNs. Contact the office for details about opportunities for visit and shift case assignments.
